Do you want to lead and orient the HR Objectives? Join this fabulous journey. As an HR Generalist, you execute HR policies and procedures, initiate resource planning and recruitment, and maintain interdepartmental communication.


  • Handle confidential and sensitive information that must not be shared with others.
  • Plan and persuade employees to maintain organizational rules, regulations, and culture.
  • Explore and Create engagement plans, and implement them to improve employee’s performance and motivate interpersonal communications.
  • Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to forecasting all the departments' needs.
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Coordinate and administrate all employee's documentation, contracts, and records.
  • Expand the learning and HR development program.
  • Create and represent the internal and external company events to empower HR branding,  build relationships with HR communities.


  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Detail Oriented and analytically driven.
  • Active listener with strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills and problem solver.
  • Ease to access.
