Responsibility

Description

Our customers are our business hearth and you will be the voice of them to the product. you have a long journey among customers' needs, complaints, service problems, and user concerns. you will accompany our customers on their journey for evening shifts (4 p.m to 12 a.m).

Responsibilities
  • Management and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience.

 

Requirement
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability, flexibility and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
